Creating a new issue

Additionally, you can utilize features such as exporting data and applying filters to streamline your workflow effectively.

Fill in the necessary details for the item. This typically includes information such as a name or description, priority and assignee Ensure that all required fields are completed accurately.

STEP 3

Review the details entered for the project item to ensure accuracy and completeness. Make any necessary adjustments or corrections as needed. Once you are satisfied with the information provided, confirm the creation of the project item.

Changing an issue

Adding hotspot issues

STEP 1

Begin by opening the required capture view. Utilize the functionality to rotate the 360° sphere as needed for a comprehensive examination.

To initiate the addition of an issue, locate and click the “Add Issue” button positioned at the bottom-left corner of the interface.

STEP 2

Enhance the clarity of the issue description by supplementing it with relevant files and photos. You can effortlessly add necessary documents and images to provide a comprehensive understanding of the problem.

STEP 3

To review all issues associated with the current capture view, simply click on the “Issue List” button located at the bottom-left corner. This action will conveniently display a comprehensive list of relevant issues for your reference and further action.
