Creating a new issue

After successfully logging in, proceed to the issue dashboard by navigating through the left sidebar. Within the dashboard, you’ll have full control to create, manage, and monitor issues. Additionally, you can utilize features such as exporting data and applying filters to streamline your workflow effectively.
STEP 2
Fill in the necessary details for the item. This typically includes information such as a name or description, priority and assignee Ensure that all required fields are completed accurately.
Changing an issue

Adding hotspot issues
STEP 1
Begin by opening the required capture view. Utilize the functionality to rotate the 360° sphere as needed for a comprehensive examination.
To initiate the addition of an issue, locate and click the “Add Issue” button positioned at the bottom-left corner of the interface.
STEP 2
Enhance the clarity of the issue description by supplementing it with relevant files and photos. You can effortlessly add necessary documents and images to provide a comprehensive understanding of the problem.
